About me: Joanna is a new-ish homeowner who lives with her husband Todd in East Medford. They've been baptized by fire into gardening and landscaping, after moving in to an old house with a half-acre lot that was best described as "dead."

After a year and a half of pruning the overgrown, planting new stuff and removing the dead, things are starting to look a lot more green.

This year, the garden they share with their neighbors has produced more tomatoes, peppers, squash, beans and dahlias than they know what to do with.

If you can get a sample and take it in to the OSU plant clinic on Hanley road behind Central Point, they can help you identify it. (Open 10-2 weekdays. Just go into the main bldg next to the parking lot, step inside, and go through the doors to the left.
