I have a bed opened up right now. I took out the last of my carrots today. I can't really think of what would be a good idea to plant.

If I can't figure something out, I may try some buckwheat as a cover-crop. I have only used a cover-crop once and it was red clover in the fall of last year. I wasn't overly impressed with it. It didn't spread at all so I got a lot of weeds and it didn't bloom before I had to till it under.

Just doing landscape planting right now. I have given up on my Photinia hedge and have torn it out. Going to plant a center tree and some fast-growing evergreen flowering vines on the fence line.
